I AM PRO SNOW is a grassroots initiative that brings together the skiers, riders, and companies most affected by warming winters and shorter seasons to educate the community about what’s happening and what we can do. We’re witnessing the impacts of climate change firsthand as resorts shrink their seasons, competitions get canceled due to low snow, and we all see a lot less powder. The good news is that if we work together, we can stop climate change in its tracks and look forward to many more years of fresh tracks. It’s time to spread the word. That’s why The Climate Reality Project is proud to partner with Warren Miller Entertainment, the most respected name in action sports filmmaking, for the second year of I AM PRO SNOW. In Warren Miller’s 64th film, Ticket to Ride, Climate Ambassadors Ted Ligety, Mark Abma, Michelle Parker, and Doug Stoup traveled to Greenland to take on some incredible terrain and witness the impacts of climate change first-hand. Now, top skiers and snowboarders around the world are getting involved to save the season we love, and you can too. Join our I AM PRO SNOW Climate Ambassadors team of Olympians, big-mountain all-stars, park heroes, and U.S. Ski Team members in standing up and shouting out “I AM PRO SNOW.”
We need snow. But right now snow needs us. Take action now.
